Juliet’s core expertise is in hiring and managing teams in sales and user acquisition. She started her career in 2009 as a headhunter and in 2011 started her own boutique headhunting outfit focusing on engineering sectors. In 2014, she became active in leadership roles in not for profit organizations. In 2016, Juliet started a co-work space which was predominantly rented by Uber. Eventually, Juliet saw an opportunity to join Uber to set up and run an aggressive sales team of 40. She had her first child right after and in 2017, Juliet joined her husband’s firm, a local tech solutions firm to turn up the heat on his team.
